1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or
  
• In the case of a single order that is delivered in several partial deliveries, the date on which you took possession of the last item.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires .

After your request has been reviewed, you will receive return instructions via email.

2. Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

3. Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend insured return shipping. If you choose not to insure the package and it is lost, we accept no liability and a refund is not possible.

4. Loss of value of the goods

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

A fitting is permitted – however, signs of wear, scratches, soiling or damaged packaging will lead to a corresponding reduction in value.

5. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• individually crafted jewelry pieces,
  
• products manufactured according to customer specifications
  
• Clearly personalized goods.
